found thefoodnanny.com at Swiss Days this summer. I purchased her book and was a little skeptical. I LOVE IT so much. Check out her website, it is awesome. Go to nanny plan beta...there you can choose what to eat for 2 weeks. Then print it out and if you want you can print our your grocery list too (of course you need her cookbook-I would recommend buying it for sure).
*I like to incorporate my recipes too so I printed out a blank one and laminated it. I use a wet-erase marker to write on my 2week menu.
